I purchased a ZTE Valet Tracfone. Phone was ok but Tracfone service was lousy. Activated the phone via computer using a tracfone card, but phone would not connect to internet. Returned phone to Walmart and bought another ZTE Valet and another activation card. Same problem. Called tracfone customer service and was ping ponged from one poorly trained person to another. Very difficult to understand with heavy accents. Gave up and went with Consumer Cellular and samsung galaxy exhilerate phone and $24 month plan talk/text/data. Very satisfied. Also i think tracfone is only 3G network.
