Satellite 119 with DISH seems to cut in and out on motorhome

Dish told me we need to move to the other side of the street at the rv resort in Casa Grande az to keep the signal and guide loaded. Hard to listen to that fix.

Now that's funny. AZ where the only thing between you and the satellite might be a palm tree if you set the antenna too close to the base!

too answer my question it is ours was downloaded 5-23-2019. We had to removed our dish tailgater from our roof and install a way too large of sat dish on the roof but it works great. I think the software issue with the wally was our problem so now we have a tailgater sitting in our garage. 6PM (in any time zone) is NOT a solar outage.

Hmmmm. Mine dropped just after 6pm CDT but came right back. I was watching a local channel in HD.

It did it again at EXACTLY 6pm CST

The solar outage phenomenon happens twice a year during the equinoxes, so March and September. It happens around noon time and usually lasts 10-12 minutes. I can last for a week or 2 but will always be a very short period of time.

I haven't had an unexpected signal loss issue in the past 2 days. It seems to be working properly now. Anyone else notice the same?

Had "complete loss" but locals and some other channels still working.

This has happened several times recently seems like one satellite drops out for a few minutes I thought the high winds we were having might have moved the dish alignment just a tad. Now think it is not my problem so I will no longer try to fix it.
