I can't believe anyone would pay for a service contract for fixing rented equipment, or to fix wiring/connections etc that they installed.
Yep, they tried it a couple times, but being a (DTV) customer for 15 yrs, and not under contract, they saw it my way real fast. They even tried to charge me a service call to tell me that it was my tree blocking the signal to their dish. The tree was there before the dish,...they put the dish in the way of the tree, not me !! Don't they know that little trees get bigger ?? I didn't pay.
Oh, the question ?? I don't like either service.
