- DFordExplorerHere you go JJnLilly -> just add a Bluetooth transmitter to your TV. However, when you plug it into the TV is may kill the audio going to your sound bar but a "Y" connector will take care of that.

Have a sound bar and it works great, when the AC is not on but not so good when AC running. Would like to get small Bluetooth speaker to put between our recliners. Problem is that the TV is not Bluetooth equipped.
- RoyBExplorer IILarry - We added BLUETOOTH speakers for outside patio use... Bluetooth has a pretty good range for outside so no wires needed. AMAZON has a alot of good bluetooth speakers you can use outside. Also WALMART...
I'm always doing something outside close to the camp setup so a pocket bluetooth speakers is great for that... I can walk all around and still be in bluetooth range... I use those small ILUV bluetooth pocket speakers... They will run six hours or more on a USB charger... I don't know how they make these small speakers sound so good... These will also sync up to your cell phone as well... Lets me listen to Broadcastify.com radio scanner frequencies walking around...

Roy Ken - DFordExplorerI found a nice set of powered computer speakers in a thrift store. They are head and shoulders better than the cheap built in speakers in the TV. I just plugged them into the headphone jack on the TV. I can still adjust the volume with the TV remote.
- larry_barnhartExplorerthanks I will be looking at the items above.

- theoldwizard1Explorer IISeveral years ago we bought a small (21'?) flat screen TV for the kitchen. The speaker were TERRIBLE. I picked up a pair of powered computer speakers (no woofer) for under $20. They work great !
- Beverley_KenExplorerMost likely yes. If your TV has an audio output jack (either 3.5 headphone jack or RCA connections, then yes. Connect one of those to appropriate inputs on your sound system. My headphone jack is plugged into the dash radio and and then I use the rear speakers, which just happen to be close to the TV.
Some RCA jacks maybe labeled fixed audio , volume controlled by secondary amplifier or marked variable level, then volume could be controlled by the TV

Edit added Yes the sound bar would be the best option, connect to TV the same way, even a available with sub woofer - rk911Explorera sound bar might be a better solution. they are designed to
mate with the flat screen digital tv’s. - Bill_SatelliteExplorer III added sound bar to my TV and it was an awesome decision. The TV had a digital audio out which would be required for most sound bars so what you have in your RV will make a big difference.
