once I built up my tracfone minutes I switched to the service continuation plan, $5.95?? or so a month. no minutes included, just keeps account active. when and if I need minutes just get the double minutes feature to refresh. the only place I haven't gotten coverage has been my house in southern VA. :) one block away OK service.
