Wifi extender using a satellite dish?
Hello I'm looking for a budget way to get a wifi signal from the house down to a trailer about 100 yards away. I'm seeing direction wifi extenders, but they all seem to be hardwired to the router....

What happens if you ran that cable inside of electrical conduit with working 120v?
New idea is ditch the satellite but use the coax cable that runs from the satellite to the bedroom with the router. Buy a cheap second router and a $30 purpose made directional wifi antenna mounted where the dish network is.
Not sure how long of coax is acceptable from router to antenna.
