My issue with CW has been mentioned in many posts. It's the incredibly long wait on hold for customer service.
I called last Monday and after 20min of listening to a recorded voice count the number of messages I hung up. By Wednesday I called again and finally had someone answer the phone after 42min. It's really unacceptable service. They are obviously grossly understaffed in their call center.
