I had to call Dish last week because I hadn't had my receiver connected for several months and it needed a software update. You young man I was talking to was very helpful and walked me through the process. While the software was loading, I asked him where his office was located. I was surprised to hear it was the Philippines. His English was better than mine...
Anyway, I've been a Dish customer for three years now, and I'm pretty satisfied with them.
