Base plate installation...

Any good reputable auto body shop. They know how to remove the bumper facia and all that stuff. Just make sure they know to follow the base plate instructions to a T and to use LOCTITE® RED on all the nuts and bolts that they are suppose to use it on.

After checking out automotive shops and watching their eyes glaze over I took mine to an RV dealership. No sweat they've done thousands of them and knew what they were doing. Camping World is another good place too.

I had a fit problem with my base plate. BlueOx base plate listed for my car did not fit. Dealership knew right away what to do and I was still out of there as scheduled. I doubt an auto shop could have done the same. Just saying.

What kind of vehicle?? I installed one on a CR-V myself.It wasn't hard to do , worst part was removing the plastic bumper

Check with any hitch installers as they can do it with instructions.
