buying RV out of state - what contract to use / other advise

Hello, this is my first post. I found a RV in NC to purchase. I live in FL. I am not sure what contract to use? How taxes are being paid? In NC or in FL? How can i make sure the title is clear...

If it's a Travel Trailer, FL doesn't require insurance; and if he is registering and licensing it in FL, he won't need insurance. In most places, a signed title and bill of sale is all you need to transport it to your home.
