The people in the full hookup paid to have the sewer availalbe
for the whole time they are camping.The people in the electric-only paid less and agreed to the 'inconvienince' of pulling up to a pipe in the ground elsewhere, to spend 5 min and dump.
Does it really matter if that pipe is called "dump station" or called "site 23" if they dump and go? They are still enduring the inconveinice. They are not taking advantage of having full hook ups for 24 hours.
Does the fact that they paid less mean they must be forced to wait in line?
