They're both good if you never need them.
I started with Coach-Net. First time my awning started to unfurl. Pulled off the expressway and gave them a call. They couldn't get anybody to come out on Sunday,(It was Father's Day) and told me to limp down the road to an RV park and they'd be there on Monday.
Second time was in Williamsburg, Va. I had a flat tire, but was already in American Heritage. They showed up 12 hours later.
So I'm now with Good Sam. Haven't needed to call them yet, but it couldn't be much worse.
