Hail Damage

A tornado destroyed my neighbor’s barn and flying splintered 2x4s put two holes in the side of our motor home and demolished one of the vent covers. They will only need to replace the vent cover not the whole vent system. Progressive is paying 100% of the damage because of their disappearing deductable.

Yes I had to go to CW to get the replacement. They were the only ones who had the type I needed. Also picked up the MaxxAir II. Was up there and they are very easy to replace but then we got thunderstorms.

I had that happen 2 years ago. My deductible is $1000, so I just spent the $20 bucks and bought a new one on Amazon and replaced it myself. If you can get on your roof, they are easy to replace. It helps to have someone inside too, but I did it all by myself.

Your insurance should cover the damage minus your deductible.
