heating in winter
do you have to be plugged in to electric for the furnace to work? i know the furnace is propane, but do you need electric to run the thermostat and blower? Thank you.

So yes and no. You don't need shore power to run the furnace blowers, the batteries will take care of that, but you do need something to recharge the batteries............
