I would imagine the dealers would get on the manufactures about consistent issues, I don't see how an rv dealer can have a rig sit in they're shop for months at a time. As a business owner that would drive me crazy to wait Around for a couple of months to hear back from manufacture. I never needed warranty work done but all the simple thing I just fix myself. Maybe I got lucky but our unit has been great. As of late it seems like there's been more problems.
