I lived on Hawaii for two years - plenty of time to see it. We went back once on a plane (1985) ... haven't been on a plane since. If we can't drive to it, we don't want to go.
We spent several years 'seeing the world' -- nothing and nowhere compares to the good old USA. Still places we haven't seen here, but we're definitely making a stab at it. :) :) :)
