OP Here: But wait it gets better. We did have a specific date and time appointment. But CW did not even look at it for two weeks. Thor sent wrong part and it took CW two more weeks to find that out. In rough numbers CW four weeks doing nothing and Thor five days for part processing AND shipping time. To be continued.
