Just the facts. They do not have any phone customer support anymore. They created a FedEx shipment label when internet order was placed but the order was not filled for over a week. When using customer internet support to check on order was told repeatedly to use tracking number. Used customer internet chat (after 1 week) and finally found out order had not been filled, again told to check tracking number. Now over 2 weeks a NEW tracking number has been assigned and I think order has been filled. Not an all star for customer service in my book.
