This is a very basic water flow diagram for the RV. Getting water at some locations and not the other is very strange. Hope you didn't rupture a water line somewhere when blowing out the lines with high pressure air... Perhaps your bathroom line is frozen... Use an hair dryer with caution on the line here perhaps...

I blow my lines out with a very low pressure output using a tankless 12VDC portable air compressor. I used an air adapter at the city water input port.
I am able to walk around to all of my faucets and open each one at a time to drain out the water and eventually get air only coming through the lines. The air pressure probably never got higher that 20 lbs or so...
I would open some cabinet doors and following the water lines looking for a water leak...
