I have not been a fan of Camping World for a number of years but:Coming out of Grand Canyon Trailer Village I failed to see a low branch and shattered the sky light in my fiver. I was on my way to Winslow, AZ and thought I would chance stopping by the Flagstaff, AZ CW. They had the parts, replaced it and we were back on the road in about 2 1/2 hours. The job was done right and we were treated well. Many thanks to them.

Glad you had a good experience at CW. My experiences are similar.

I've been to that Camping World. They are incompetent.I was looking for a new air filter set for my Dometic A/C. The person I asked brought me to the sewer parts and started digging around.I walked away from her (being that she was an idiot) and asked someone else...there were several people working in a virtually empty store. This time, the guy I asked brought me to the hitch parts.Dumbphr*cks.

If I needed repair work at that time chances are good I may have used them. I try not to pass judgement on a company because of one bad experience at one of their branches.

Okay you are a more forgiving man than I am, CW still has $200 bucks of mine they did not earn. I will not go back for service.

My experiences with CW have been mostly positive, except for the time I needed a new fridge in a Class A motorhome I use to own. I had the work done at one of their facilities in Los Angeles. They installed the fridge OK, but completely left out the flue. I didn't notice that until some time later. I was wondering why the fridge wasn't cooling as well as I thought it should.

On Edit: A successful profitable company is always sold. Google, youtube, the founders all went public and made lots of money

We have to realize that a successful profitable business would probably not have sold out. Camping World is buying up the low hanging fruit and unfortunately the staff from the old store is still there in most cases. It takes a while to build recruit, hire and train the right people.
I am not a fanboy for them, I have been in some locations that suck and some that are great.
