Champion 3100 Generator/Inverter
I went to Cabela's last Friday and ordered the Champion 3100, they notified me today that it had came in and I could go pick it up. I paid $749.99 + tax = $794.99 for it last Friday.
Before going today to get it that little voice in my head said just for the fun of it go online and check the price again. I did and noticed it was now being offered for $699.99 so of course I asked if they were going to credit me the difference. They said sure, go around back and get it than bring the receipt back in and we will do a return and we will refund the price you paid and then you can re buy it again at the new price. So that's what I did. They refunded me $53.00 and than said well this weeks special is if you spend $500 or more we give you a $50 rebate on your next purchase of $50 or more between now and November 30 2014.
So to me that was like finding a $100 bill on the sidewalk today.
