Checking out a Class A DP in the Eugene Or area

I have a friend who lives in So Cal and he is looking at a 1999 Beaver Patriot Thunder Monticello that is for sale at NC Auto and RV,on Kelso Ave, in Eugene,Or. It looks too good to be true,but all the pix,except for the one of the rear ladder,look good. He wanted me to look at it,but I was just down that way last week and won't be able to get back down till Feb. It has 64,000 miles and is a bankrupt repo at $48,500. Is there anyone in the Eugene area,that would be able to go look and let us know what it looks like.
