Constant blowouts with tow dolly

We have been using a master tow dolly for 6 years and have experienced numerous blowouts on interstates. I have replaced fenders almost every time, as a blowout breaks the fender away from the body of the tow dolly. Not only does this become dangerous, but frustrating as well. I have tried bias ply, as well as radials and no difference. This always happens at the worst time.
I cannot tow my jeep patriot 4 down but after much aggravation We are thinking of trading cars for four down. I will try one more set of tires which are goodyear and made in america. Beware of chinese tires

    Likely not...I have seen many dollies that use little 14" ST tires.

    I would look at a new dolly and purchase the tires that they are using. BIL had the same issue years ago and finally found a trailer tire that worked well. Air pressure should be checked frequently.

    Please post the tire size and load range you're using now. Then the Rim Size (Diameter and Width). Width should be stamped into the rim somewhere.

    I wonder if you could fit larger rims and therefore larger tires.

    Low tire pressure struck me as a likely culprit, too. There is also the possibility that the dolly alignment is wacko. If the tires toe in or out too much, that could cause problems.

    One other thing occurs to me: might the Patriot's front end weight exceed the capacity of the tires you've been using?
