Counter Space!! Where is it?? 15 1/4"??
Is it just me? Or are there others that have next to sweet nothing for counter real estate? My TT is 27 feet long. You'd think they could give me a little more than just room to butter a slice of b...

Where is the counter space? Well, if I need it it is in the propane compartment.. The Link (Camping world) below is not the actual product I have (Which I got at Costco) but it gives the idea.
Instant Counter Space.
It is worse when I am doing dishes since the sink cover is part of my normal counter space. I have a bar stool (unfinished wood) that I set in front of the oven and move the sink cover to it.. Part of it (one edge) rests on the oven door handle (Conveniently the exact same height as the top of the stool) and that helps with some additional space as well.
