Cracker Barrel

Never been to one. Are they easy to access in an RV?

A few of the Cracker Barrels have enough space for a Class A or fifth wheel. It seems the small double car space "reserved" fro RVs are no longer even marked or just not there.
We have as at the one south of Louisville, i don't remember exit or town name found enough room on one or two attempts to park at he far end of the lot and called and ordered meals and had them brought out to the RV.
Parking overnight was welcomed at one time but now there is scarcely room and probably not allowed. The original Owner Dan Smith from Smithville Tn many years ago did intended for RVs to be accomodated. Ownership has changed hands twice at least and is now owned by Hedge Fund. RVs at the time were generally much smaller.

never had a problem at CB .give them a try. some even have room for 18teen wheelers.

When we travel we go to CB each morning while on the road. I like to get up early ,4am, and drive for a few hours before doing breakfast/ brunch. The CB offers ,to me, an exceptional breakfast, mama's pancake breakfast is my fav, great consistent quality. We don't do dinner there very often.
As a rule I can never park in those rV slots. I have my truck and a 40' TT I always fine room in the back and just take up a bunch of spots on one of their cut outs for cars. Many are like me and do the same with their buses and toads. They are all the same but different but they are their for travelers and you can do them.
I have been in places on a Sunday morn or even sat that I showed up at 9 or 10 am and they are packed and cars are parked in the RV slots. I good news is when you find one CB it is likely there is another one down the road a few miles. Get their map and decide which one you want to shot for. Oh and another thing, I try to no go to those that are in a city's limit as those are busier and more cramped.

As was said, it's hard to be specific as they are almost all different, our local one as 4 spots for RV's, I can see where certain busy times it would be difficult getting in and out of them, plus, I've seen cars parked in them at times.

We don't do the overnight stopovers with our type of Rving. That said we have stopped & dinned a few times, our meals were awful, just saying.

WE have two cracker barrels in my area. One is tight getting into and around in their parking areas with a crew cab pickup.
The other is at the end of a shopping strip with a huge open area parking lot (no islands or curbs) that OTR can easily get in and out of.
However food quality/cooking has went downhill so we don't go anymore to either one.
I use google earth when looking how to find locations and how to get there and where to park pulling my 32' trailer or just the truck.

We frequent different Cracker Barrels daily as we travel. Usually stop around 9 or 10am to catch a late breakfast. We love their menu, and their biscuits.
Always located just off the interstate, usually very RV friendly and usually very easy to find parking for our MH and toad. We are just over 60 ft in length.
Similar to Walmart, Most Cracker Barrels will even let you stay in their parking lot overnight.

On the Cracker Barrel billboards look in the lower right? hand corner. If you see a pic of a bus. It will has some kind of spaces for RV's.

Most Cracker Barrels only have parking spaces for RVs that are "converted" end-to-end double car spots. Our experience is that they do choose parking locations that are easy for us to access with our 36' Winnebago. That said, the spots ARE NOT suitable for longer RVs that are towing. You will likely end up blocking a driving lane. Unless you stop at an off hour when you are able to park along the perimeter with your toad, you may have issues. They are building a new one here in Reno NV and I'm anxious to see how they provide for RV parking with a newly designed facility. Most Cracker Barrels were already built before they realized having a place for us RVers to park would be beneficial. The food is not exceptional but it is very consistent. To us, that has value.

As was mentioned they all are different. Your best bet would be to use Google Earth to look at the parking lot of the one you're interested in, but most of them I've seen I believe you could into and out of.

The food is pretty run-of-the-mill standard franchise fare.

Most only have 3 to 4 RV parking spots & depending on the size of your RV could be hard to get in & out of the parking lot.

As a rule they are, but each location is different, so we've never made the assumption that they all have RV-friendly parking lots.

That being said, my recommendations are as follows. Pecan pancakes for breakfast, and lemon pepper trout for dinner. Good eatin'
