Cyclone Sewer Vent

Keystone was nice enough to install the Black tank vent 3" behind the Bathroom roof vent. On hot breezeless days...the smell would get sucked right back in. I installed the cyclone vent and the smell was gone. The problem is that the Cyclone is unbelievably noisy in winds. We are "white noise" sleepers. There is always a fan going, but the Cyclone would overpower it.

Is anyone else with Cyclone's having this problem or did I get a bad one?

or

Does anyone have any other ideas for my situation?
