  • I think i will look up all the other places Delaware North has concessions and just take my money elsewhere.
  • Somebody trademarked "Class of 2000" so any high school or college that wanted to have shirts with "Class of 2000" owed royalties for using it.....
  • These corporations are nothing more than thugs trying to hijack our heritage for their continued profit. I sincerely hope that the government prevails in court. They are our parks, not theirs. I would not volunteer for any of these corporations while this is going on.

  • I'll post mine. These names belong to the American public and have been in use long before Delaware North came along. It's a money grab from a company that can't accept that it lost it's bid for a renewal. What a shame. Fortunately a law was passed in 2014 to prevent additional US owned property from being trademarked by corporate America.
