Delaware North

I think i will look up all the other places Delaware North has concessions and just take my money elsewhere.

Somebody trademarked "Class of 2000" so any high school or college that wanted to have shirts with "Class of 2000" owed royalties for using it.....

These corporations are nothing more than thugs trying to hijack our heritage for their continued profit. I sincerely hope that the government prevails in court. They are our parks, not theirs. I would not volunteer for any of these corporations while this is going on.

I'll post mine. These names belong to the American public and have been in use long before Delaware North came along. It's a money grab from a company that can't accept that it lost it's bid for a renewal. What a shame. Fortunately a law was passed in 2014 to prevent additional US owned property from being trademarked by corporate America.
