Do holding tank weathervanes glue to standard PVC pipe?

Weather vane?????? How do you use that thing to predict the weather?

:h A weather vane only shows the direction of the wind, not the weather....:S


In some locations, a change in wind direction is a very good indication of a change in the weather. In other locations, it only means that the wind changed direction.
