I want to hook it to standard PVC pipe to vent a tank NOT on my RV to divert odors away from the house.
BY THE WAY- SINCE NO ONE KNEW THE ANSWER AND MOST (not all) POSTS WANTED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS I WASN'T ASKING ASKING, I bit the bullet and took it to the store with it (The cashier was looking so hard for the barcode to scan it and charge me for it)...
It doesn't really fit schedule 40 1.5" pipe tight enough to call it compatible. A big glob of glue MIGHT work, but it's a tad loose...I can probably "stick it" and it will probably work, but I also bet there will be some gaps in the seal.
I thank those who read before they blurted out the wrong answer, and also thank the one individual who personally observed the loose fit and shared his valuable experience.
