- docsouceExplorer III use Talc powder. Pour some into an old sock, tie off the top and apply to the rubber gaskets/seals. Can actually hear the slide speed up when opening/closing. Doesn't attract dirt or dust.
- Cummins12V98Explorer IIINever have used anything and my RV is in the Sun for 7 years with no issue. Same with the two previous RV's. Never condition my roofs, RV or Truck tires.
- MFLNomad IIAny UV protectant, such as above, will help protect the seals. I use Thetford premium RV slide seal conditioner on my seals/wipers, and baggage door seals. It has UV protectant and conditioner, to keep the seals soft and pliable.
It is a spray on foam, that doesn't run, or make a mess. I use a small soft cloth to finish rubbing it in.
Jerry - WiscampsinExplorerMe and many other people use this on their slide seals. Available on Amazon
