Google is your friend, a quick search shows Walgreens and many others offer mail order compounding

Not sure where you are. In the Denver area my wife has used both Pencol and Belmar pharmacies and has had no complaints about either one. I believe that they both offer mailing service. She uses them for creams and pills that require special manufacture.
