What to do about moisture building up in window. I have read where you can drill holes to air out. Anyone tried this?

It takes a very sp ecial drill bit and a heck of a lot of luck to bore a hole in tempered glass. In european countries where a lot of homes have dual pane windows, drilling a hole at the bottom of the window to vent the moisture is common but not inautomobile wiindows.
