Why do you get your steps that dirty? Mine come down on the awning matt, and stay pretty clean. Just need sweeping off.
Oh they get dirty, we had nearly 3" rain this weekend at the campground and the entire mat was muddy and the steps when we packed up this morning. You would need to hose off the steps to clean them, sweeping wouldn't cut it.
