- fj12ryderExplorer IIIThey look okay, but they would have to be cleaned good before you flip them back inside. They sure won't work if you have to store you trailer close to another trailer. We only have a foot or two, so definitely a no go.
- neschultzExplorerWe have the MorRyde 3 step version. One of our best mods. Very sturdy and better for us old folks. We don’t even put the stabilizer jacks down at home anymore. We tend to keep our steps brushed off anyway so we don’t track much dirt in so that hasn’t been a problem and we’ve never been anywhere near close enough to anything that we couldn’t use them, although we do have 2 entry doors so that wouldn’t be a problem either.
- HalmfamilyExplorerLook at Torklift Glowsteps also. They install into the OEM brackets and are as stable as the Step Above or Morryde. We put the Glowsteps on our FW and entry and exit is much easier.
- JackfateExplorerSave yourself injury . Torklift Revolution! If you order these closely follow the directions for measurements before you order. Our 3 step oem turned into 4 step . Very happy with equal distance steps .
Expensive, not really when you consider the cost of emergency room . - delwhjrExplorer

Why do you get your steps that dirty? Mine come down on the awning matt, and stay pretty clean. Just need sweeping off. - fj12ryderExplorer IIIIf you don't, or can't, use an awning mat, and the area is fairly wet and muddy, you'd be surprised where the mud and dirt will go. Or sand from the beach. Or wet leaves on the ground. If you camp somewhere other than on a concrete pad, the dirt has to go somewhere.
The OP asks what people thought of the steps, so I said what I thought. Don't get too upset about how I do things. - Addy15ExplorerThe MORryde Solid Steps came standard on our unit, and we like them very much. We just sweep them off before stowing and they work great!
