Factory support

This past summer, we purchased a "slightly" used 2016 Cougar fifth wheel trailer from a dealer in Redmond, OR. It is here that I won't comment on this dealer's tactics or the other dealers with the same name here in the inland NW.
The trailer had issues with several components, the biggest was the slide didn't work correctly. After dismal attempts by the dealer's service department to fix the slide, we decided to try the factory.
After some digging around, I was contacted by Keystone Cougar in Pendleton, OR. I made arrangements to deliver the trailer to them for repair. Cougar kept the unit for one week, and the slide works pretty good. They were as accommodating as possible in the process.
I'm not really one to sing praise about companies (or dealers)that sell questionable quality products, but I have to say that Keystone Cougar in Pendleton fixed the unit, it works great, and we're happy. Thanks Sandy!!!
