The OP is eligible for Social Security and therefore can get the Senior lifetime pass for $10, and not pay $80 for a one year pass that doesn't have many of the benefits of the senior pass (no half price on camping, etc).
Look here
You cannot order the ATB senior pass over the internet, you have to fo to a National Park Service, US Forest Service, USGS, or BLM office to purchase it in person, or mail in your request with proof of age.
This is the link you want: Senior Pass
Not 100% true. I am not 62, but military and get the ATB pass for free every year. It provides the same free entrance as well as 50% off on ACOE Campgrounds and other Camping spots. We saved at least $200 last year and next month I will go and get mine again.
Thank you for your service to our country and glad you are getting the free admission AND the 50% off benefit on camping. However, the govt. website says that the military free pass does not provide any discount on camping, etc. But I'm glad it works for you.
