FMCA Roadside Assistance

Just got an e-mail from FMCA. $69 a year for roadside assistance. Almost half what I'm paying for Coach-Net. Anyone know who provides FMCA's service?

In the end, I think they all call the same providers. Does the umbrella company really matter?

SafeRide RV (the motor club entity of Vehicle Administrative Services) has been FMCA's roadside partner since 2014. Members may purchase a one, two or three-year policy. Available in U.S. and Canada.

AS you say they all call about the same provider

I related an experience of mine this summer on I80 in NJ. There was something in the road that caused four vehicles to have blowouts.
I was one I had Good SAM.
    One guy used Progressive insurance
    ONe guy had AAA
    ANother had I cannot remember.

Same provider showed up and changed all the tires

I thought this was going to be a joke like the 4 guys are in a bar
  • I put roadside on my progressive policy but was going to be redundant and get a separate roadside assistance. I read about coach net but only saw a $249 plan for class A.

If progressive does the trick it is good to know

The E-mail (Which I also got) listed the service provider

I note in 12 years I've had 800 dollars in towing done

    Not worth it.
  • I think this $69 plan goes into effect Nov 1, I just heard about it at the FMCA six state rally last week.

  • At the bottom of the email, it tells you...... SafeRide RV, which is the motor club entity of Vehicle Administrative Services
  • I renewed our CoachNet for 69 this year. It is not an advertised offer but only covers the MH, no cars or trailers, unlike the other versions.
