well it seems like they want to apply commonsense to their law, and require you to travel at the speed limit in the far left lane, and not be dictated to by those rhinestone cowboys who chose to drive above the maximum speed limit claiming a new maximum speed for the day…
they call it the prevailing rate, which is a dressed up name for speeding in groups… them claiming to be the deciders of fact… ( if they go 90 and you’re in front of us and refuse to go ninety, you are the unsafe impleader deserving a ticket… even though you are driving at the posted maximum safe speed…
