Getting out of an extended warranty?

When I purchased the new trailer a few months ago I also went with the extended warranty, figured it couldn't hurt as the hourly shop rate around here is $107. Well since then I realized that I am not going to be able to deal with this shop for 7 years. The service manager has the personality of a toad and the parts department isn't much better. There turnaround time for any service work is over 2 weeks and I have been waiting for warranty parts for almost 3 month plus I have had to call and stop by the shop 4 times to keep them on the ball. I always get some bull story about this and that.
What this place doesn’t understand is I deal with the best trailer repair shop in town (repair and fabrication, no camp trailer sales) on a weekly basis and I know how long these things take and over the last 15 years dealing with trailer repair shops as well as vehicle dealers I have heard all there bull stories so I know when I am being lied to.
So has anyone been able to get out of the extended warranty and had the moneys involved refunded or am I stuck dealing with this place? Hopefully I don’t have a lot of problems with the trailer over the next 7 years or maybe the shop better hope I don’t as I can be a daily pain in their rear.
