BTW - this could be a "never ending", "Gee Whiz" thread..:S
Next - ask if they paid MSRP or how big a discount, etc., etc.
:R - B_O__PlentyExplorer IILiberty RV, Liberty MO. helped me out a few years ago when we were on the road. Called them because one wheel was making noise. They got me right in the next morning and found a brake spring was broken and the adjuster fell out. Wish all the dealers were this good.
B.O. - fj12ryderExplorer IIIWe had good luck with Liberty RV in Liberty, MO. We bought our 5th wheel in Knoxville, TN, but Liberty RV got us in and out very promptly for a recall on the electrical system. They certainly could have made us wait, but we were in the day after I called inquiring if they could do the work. Cost us nothing, barely even any time.
- AtleeExplorer IINot the dealer I bought my trailer from, but had a great experience with Bish's RV Supercenter in Idaho Falls, ID. That's a long way from the dealer I bought my trailer from.
The bathroom faucet began to leak very badly, and interestingly, it happens mostly when we were showering. After soaking down, we'd shut off the spray. Then water would lead badly out of the bathroom faucet.
In any case, Bish's made room in their schedule to have me drop in, and they replaced the faucet and cone washers, under warranty, and I was off to Grand Teton NP.
Bish's treated us very nicely, indeed. They sold a lot of different RV's, with Jayco being one of them. - 1968mooneyExplorer

Back when you RVed, 50 yrs. ago, warranty was not available. - jerseyjimExplorerIndian Valley RV in Souderton, Pa. The best.
- SidecarFlipExplorer IIIOutpost RV in Goshen, Indiana. Great folks to deal with after the sale. When it's time for a new unit, I'll buy it there...again.
- 2gypsies1Explorer IIIWe didn't need any warranty work. :)
- JAC1982ExplorerWe've been overall happy with Windish RV in Longmont, CO. Sometimes there's a wait, because it's Colorado and it's over crowded and there's a labor shortage and everything takes forever :) But they're pretty good about communicating. And, they can't help what Keystone won't do or the speed at which Keystone responds. But once they get the go ahead from Keystone the process is pretty quick and painless.
We also had a good experience there while purchasing our current rig. - ScottGNomadApache RV in Everett Wa. has been great to work with. Even when Northwood tried to flake out on me Apache went to bat and made them do the right thing.
