Modern technology is great. I have some solar spot lights that use LED's that I shine on my flags and they stay lit all night. They only have 3 LED's and a 2 AA sized battery pack though. I also have some 5 year old sidewalk lights that won't stay lit through even the shortest of nights and they have a pack the size of 3 AA batteries.
