Yes, be sure the winterization bypass valves are in the proper positions, else you'll cook the water heater when you turn it on.

Why do you want to heat hot water? :-)

It will fill automatically with the system in working mode, whether it's from the pressure water system or the water pump. You may need to open a faucet once in a while to allow air to escape as it is displaced by water filling the tank.

Assuming that the unit was winterized, check to see if the water heater bypass valves are in their proper position. Then merely hook a water hose to the inlet on the coach, turn the hot water spigot on and let it run until it quits spitting air. You're there!
