how to find a water leak

I have a 2005 Fleetwood Prowler Regal AX6 365 5th wheel camper with a leak. I have looked at all the obvious places that I could get to either by opening a cabinet or removing a panel and no leaks. The outside water connection is on the left side and goes to the kitchen, washing machine connection, the lavatory in the rear bedroom, over to the shower and on to the hot water heater. The water drips out in 5 different places. It is coming out where things come out to the bottom of the camper through the material that covers the bottom. Is there a good way to get through the material and seal it back up? It is not a leak that is real bad and hopefully the wooden floor is not getting wet. I have felt around the floors and feel nothing damp. I sure would appreciate any comments or suggestions.

THIS ^^^^^^ is most common suspect.
  • Another thing to check is your shore connection to water. The connection can be checked by undoing the three screws and removing the cover plate. There is a check valve in there that screws into the line, it could be leaking if it was not tight.

Tip the trailer to one side or the other, or front and back.. see if the leaks follow the bottom.

Put some red food coloring in the shower and see if red comes out the weep holes.

    What is the material?

Post a pic maybe. If you don't know what material is describe it. (looks like sheet metal or looks like black sun screen or nursery cloth etc.)
  • Looks like it time to pull the bottom and the insulation and check it out a little closer.
