If you can't decide if you want an RV or a boat

Terrawind sells a $1.2M floating Class-A RV I just saw this today, but it's not exactly new, here's an article from 2004 for the same RV. Back then it "only" cost $850K. Better have an iron stom...

A house is also a bunch of compromises too.
- It sucks up a lot of money for property taxes every year in addition to maintenance.
- Try hooking it up to pull to the local state park or drop it in the lake at the nearest boat launch and come back and tell us how it goes.
