Kayaking/Canoeing on the Arkansas River @ Ozark, Arkansas

The river is basically a lake at the park there. This time of year you will see jet skis, water skiers and bass boats. No reason you can't do some kayaking if you like to paddle flat water. There is a great river (the Mulberry) about 20 miles north of Ozark with good whitewater but the river level is .7 today so without some rain it would be a no go as well.
