Need Help. Sofa stuck in bed position
I put the jack knife sofa down into the sleeping position last night, and now I can't get it back up and into the sofa position. Hubby just had shoulder rotator cuff surgery and is in a lot of pain...

If yours is as difficult as ours, it isn't broken.
Typically, I push the lever, and it doesn't seem to do anything.
I huff and puff and cuss a little as I push the front up and try to pull the back forward. I sigh. I do it again. It seems to be stuck as I check each side and the back - not hung up on anything. I cuss some more and resume pushing and pulling. I check the stuff under the sofa in the drawer, making sure nothing is getting in the way. I continue huffing and puffing and, when I am ready to give up again, it folds back up.
You would figure I would learn not to use it, as I have done this half a dozen times...
