POP RVs

Anyone have any experience with POP RVs? We are selling our Winnebago and it listed in several places. I received an email from POP RVs asking if I would like them to advertise and sell it for me. They add 10% to the asking price and I pay nothing. If I sell it on my own then receive nothing and I pay nothing to them.
