Thanks to all for the quick replies. I'm anxious to find the right trailer, but certainly don't want to "jump the gun" and end up with more than I bargained for....if ya know what I mean. ;)

Looks like a bad water leak at the left rear corner. Probably conceals much hidden wood rot and damage. Proceed with caution and buy the rig only if you can get it dirt cheap, otherwise run.

You might want to be careful with that link. Gives everyone access to some personal photos. Just sayin.

I see it now...looks like classic delamination to me. Causes can range from simple water intrusion to poor manufacturing process.

Not easily repairable and unfortunately it tends to spread once begun, especially if root cause is bad manufacturing. That's a bit hard to determine...you might search the trailer brand/model to see if there have been other complaints about the same thing.
