I use the Andersen Levelers and Rapid Jack and like both of them I also don't drive off the front like they recommend and back off instead. I also would like to get a hair more lift out of the levelers, but only ran into an issue once.
Here in Canada we can buy Recycled Rubber Stair Tread at home building supply stores like Home Depot, Lowes, RONA, etc ... available thickness varies from 1/2" to 1". Unfortunately Andersen Levelers, even if trimmed, just won't fit my Freedom Express 192RBS as the axle spread is so narrow. However, if I could have used them I'd park the Andersens on this rubber stair tread so they wouldn't slip and gain the advantage of increasing the Andersen's maximum lift. Win - Win. :)
