Questions about Grand Designs Reflection 337RLS

We just bought and took delivery of our new home away from home. one of the questions that did not occur to me to ask during the PDI was about the water heater. There is no access panel for the back of the water heater. How do you bypass it when you winterize? This is the first trailer we have owned that has a docking station. I know that you have to turn the valves to match the label for winterization. Does that bypass the water heater also?
Thanks for your help.
  • My buddy has a new Cedar Creek. Same problem. He called me and I could not figure this out until I looked up the make and model of the WH on Google. I found out it was a tankless , instant WH. Since there is no tank, there is no bypass valve...... or even much access to the unit

WOW!!!, thats the biggest picture I've ever seen on here. Nice.

    Sorry

All I did was copy the GD picture link and post it.

I couldn't read the print on the web site picture, but you can read it here.
  • With our grand design, I simply adjust the controls similar to pic above. It bypasses the water heater, as I have had the plug out and no pink stuff comes out.

Turn the valves to the instructed position.

  • It's probably there somewhere. Ours is under a cabinet. To access it I have to pull out and remove a drawer that is under a cabinet (pantry).
